Communication, as any healthy relationship, there must be an open communication and we are here to make your life easier. We will send a reminder via text message, the day before of your cleaning service with an arriving window of two (2) hours. If you think you won’t be home during this time, you can leave a lockbox with the key inside as most of our working-professional clients do.

You can also expect attention to detail. We know that no two houses are the same, so there's no reason cleaning services should be the same. We take the time to listen and understand your needs. We customize your cleaning service as per your request.
If you ever have any feedback, concerns or need to make changes to your service, please feel free to contact our friendly office staff. We are here to help!

We understand last minute emergencies happen, however, if you know in advance you will not be available for cleaning service we respectfully ask you to please notify the office; send a text message, email or give us a call before 5 p.m two days before your cleaning day. If no notice is given, please be aware that you will be charged 50% of your current cleaning
service fee as a non-cancelation, non-refundable fee.

Maid My Day Cleaning, Inc. backs all work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy with any area we've cleaned, just call within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free of charge.
Our guarantee is part of our commitment to our customers. We want our customers to be satisfied with the work we perform, and we welcome feedback and comments to help us increase customer satisfaction.
